Job summary

Anyscale is seeking an IT Engineer to own and extend internal automation while managing identity, endpoints, and hardware across three public clouds. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area on a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate closely with security, engineering, and people teams.

You’ll build automation, maintain SaaS and hardware ecosystems, and help us pass audits with robust controls. This role emphasizes ownership, security, and end-to-end IT delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Okta and Google Workspace.
• MDM for macOS fleet including device trust and endpoint security tooling.
• Identity lifecycle automation driven by HRIS.
• Experience owning IT hardware logistics, vendor renewals, and SaaS management.
• Familiarity with audit evidence production and the discipline it requires.
• Ownership mindset with an automate-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access: Okta and Google Workspace administration.
• Extend internal automation services and run them with secure service accounts.
• Manage the endpoint fleet via MDM, including device trust checks and EDR.
• Run hardware logistics end to end: procurement, global shipping, inventory, returns.
• Own vendor management: a SaaS catalog, renewals, and purchase requests.
• Assist audits and design controls to support internal and external audits.
• Support conference room and office technology.
