Job summary

XiFin, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Sr. Manager, IT Systems Engineering to lead the enterprise infrastructure powering healthcare SaaS platforms. You will direct Linux systems, cloud and on‑prem environments, drive automation, and set the roadmap with cross‑functional partners.

You will build a high‑performing team, champion security standards, and ensure reliability and scalability across Azure and AWS. The role demands strong leadership and hands‑on engagement to modernize our infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in Linux systems engineering for enterprise environments.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure or systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, and lifecycle of Linux-based infrastructure.
• Oversee secure, scalable on‑prem and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Drive automation and IaC with Ansible, Terraform, Git, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Docker, AKS.
• Ensure security standards (NIST, HITRUST, CIS) are applied across platforms.
• Own availability, reliability, and incident response for XiFin’s infrastructure.
