Job summary

Cadence is hiring a Senior IT Systems Engineer to design, build, and operate the identity, endpoint, and SaaS infrastructure for our clinical and operational teams. You will use code, APIs, and AI-powered automation to make systems more secure, reliable, and scalable as we grow.

This hands-on role covers automation, device enrollment, security protections, and cross-system integrations. You’ll work with IT Operations, Security, and business teams to translate needs into robust, auditable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT systems engineering, technical operations, or similar roles.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating LLM APIs into workflows.
• Strong programming skills in Python/TypeScript and IaC tooling; proven automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own automation and API-driven integrations across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to build and improve workflows with proper permissions, testing, and monitoring.
• Automate identity lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding) including provisioning and deprovisioning; manage Salesforce access.
