• Own identity, endpoint, and core SaaS platforms with reliability and security accountability.
• Lead end-to-end projects including SSO/SCIM rollouts and multi-tool integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to runbooks, documentation, and audits.
