Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or systems engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and tickets end to end from problem statement to rollout and documentation.
• Ship changes quickly to systems used by thousands of Klaviyos with testing, peer review and rollback plan.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and improve tooling, integrations and documentation.
• Leave behind clean configurations, least-privilege access, and runbooks for future teams.
• Use metrics to show impact of your work and accelerate learning with AI tools.
• Ramp on new platforms quickly and apply AI to speed up work while maintaining judgment.”
