Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems, focusing on identity, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, AI-assisted workflows while maintaining security and reliability.

You will help implement SSO/SCIM, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to end-to-end project delivery with a focus on efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom.
Experience with problem identification and collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions.
Foundational understanding of IT systems including identity, device management, and endpoint security.
Experience deploying and managing macOS and iOS devices via MDM (Jamf preferred). Exposure to Windows management via Intune/Autopilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own projects and tickets end to end from problem statement to rollout and documentation.
Ship changes quickly to critical systems with tests, peer review, and rollback plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build and improve tooling, integrations, and documentation.
Leave behind clean configurations and runbooks with minimal future maintenance needs.
Measure success with ticket data, telemetry, and adoption metrics to show impact.
Ramp on new platforms quickly and apply AI to accelerate learning and output.
