Job summary

Klaviyo in Boston is looking for a Senior Project Manager to define and execute the project delivery for our employee-facing AI and automation platform. You will report into the Director of AI and App Engineering and own the full lifecycle of AI-powered workflows across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional work with Engineering, IT, People, and Business Operations to ship scalable automation, drive AI adoption, set success metrics, and ensure security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software delivery or internal tools.
• Experience delivering automation or integration projects.
• Experience managing AI/ML capabilities including LLM-based tools or intelligent automation systems.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, People, and Business Operations.
• Strong skills translating ambiguous problems into actionable project requirements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle management and program execution for the ARIA platform.
• Build and scale employee-facing automation workflows using AI, APIs, and integration platforms.
• Drive AI-powered integrations through cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with IT and Business Operations to translate needs into feasible product solutions.
• Champion AI adoption with change management, enablement, and governance frameworks.
• Establish and track project delivery metrics and report on adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance to meet privacy and security standards.
• Evaluate new AI vendors and platforms, balancing speed, cost and control.
• Serve as an internal project lead for AI and identify the next frontier of automation.
