Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC in Redmond, WA seeks a Senior IT Systems Administrator to lead Atlassian administration (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and orchestration of integrations across SaaS tools and ERP systems.
You will design, build, and support RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks with a focus on security and reliability, mentor others, and guide upgrades in Linux environments to keep critical systems performant.
Qualifications
- Senior IT Systems Administrator with hands-on Atlassian experience.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations across SaaS, CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
- Strong focus on security, reliability, and real-time data synchronization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS platforms and internal systems.
- Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.) with data mapping and real-time synchronization.
- Apply API security best practices including OAuth, API keys, error handling, monitoring, and scalability.
