Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Senior IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications to lead Atlassian administration (Jira, Confluence) and integrations across SaaS, CRM, and ERP systems. You will design RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks with strong security and reliability focus.

You will mentor others, upgrade Atlassian apps in large Linux clusters, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in enterprise apps if no degree.
• Experience designing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Experience scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integrations.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Lead upgrades of Atlassian apps in large Linux environments.
• Create and maintain technical/user documentation for teams and end users.
• Support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence deployments.
