Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications in Redmond, WA to lead integrations and Atlassian administration. You will design, build, and support RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks, connecting SaaS tools with CRM, ERP, and internal systems.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, mentoring, and upgrades of Jira, Confluence, and related tools in a Linux environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years in large enterprise environments, or 5+ years without a degree.
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery.
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Integrate CRM, ERP, billing, and other business apps with real-time data sync.
• Apply API and security best practices, monitor, and alerting across integrations.
• Lead upgrades of Atlassian applications in large Linux environments.
• Mentor team members and support Jira/Confluence deployments.
