Job summary
IDR is seeking an IT Systems Analyst 3 for an on-site role in Lawrenceville, GA. You will support end-users, diagnose hardware and software issues, and maintain desktop system health while collaborating with the IT team to implement solutions.

Qualifications
- Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise desktop support experience.
- Experience in complex system implementations or upgrades.
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex, high-impact issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and diagnose issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops.
- Maintain overall health of desktop systems and end-user devices.
- Collaborate with IT team to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Contribute to IT strategy and deliver high-quality end-user support.
