Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support technology operations for approximately 1,000–2,000 employees across multiple locations. This role emphasizes escalated Tier 2 support, systems administration, endpoint management, and IT process improvement.

You will work with the Director of IT and an external MSP, handling asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and strategic technology initiatives, while routine help-desk tasks are handled by our

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on IT support and systems administration in onsite or hybrid settings.
4+ years of Help Desk and end-user support experience.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Experience with user and group administration and asset lifecycle management.
Strong problem solving, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, Azure, Intune and related technologies.
Manage user accounts, licenses, security groups, permissions, and access controls.
Support endpoint management, MDM, and Autopilot deployments.
Maintain device standards, security policies, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with MSP to resolve escalated issues and meet service commitments.
Develop IT policies, procedures, and documentation; support projects and hardware refreshes.
