Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support technology operations for 1,000–2,000 employees across multiple locations. This role emphasizes escalated Tier 2 support, systems administration, endpoint management, asset lifecycle oversight, MDM, vendor coordination, and strategic IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on IT support and systems administration in onsite or hybrid environments.
• 4+ years of Help Desk and end-user support experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• 4+ years of user and group administration experience.
• 2+ years of Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience (Intune, MaaS360, or similar).
• 1-2+ years of Microsoft Autopilot administration or implementation experience.
• Experience managing computer and mobile device inventories through full asset lifecycle.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal resource for escalated user support and advanced troubleshooting.
• Resolve complex workstation, application, mobile device, and account management issues.
• Administer BossLM and Great Plains Dynamics users, permissions, and vendor coordination.
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Coordinate licensing, procurement, and vendor performance for IT solutions.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
