Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support technology operations for 1,000–2,000 employees across multiple locations. This role focuses on escalated technical support, systems administration, endpoint management, inventory, and IT process improvement, working closely with the Director of IT and our external MSP.

The position is not a traditional Tier 1 help desk role; routine support is handled by the MSP, enabling you to lead device deployments,

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and AD environments.
• Experience with MDM, Autopilot deployments, and Intune.
• Experience managing IT assets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting.
• Administer device deployments, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle.
• Maintain system documentation and IT policies.
• Collaborate with MSP to meet service expectations.
