Job summary

R & D Industries, Inc. is seeking a Level 2 IT Technician / System Administrator to provide advanced network, server, and security support.

You will handle on-site visits, installations, configurations, and troubleshooting for diverse client environments, collaborating with teams and customers to ensure reliable IT operations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop and server OS up to Windows 11/Windows Server 2025.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Networking and security concepts including DNS, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair, and maintain PCs, servers, and network gear.
• Respond to network alerts and customer issues promptly.
• Diagnose issues and complete service loops for clients.
• Manage Active Directory, group policies, and email systems.
• Assist in large-scale software deployments per vendor specs.
• Provide on-site support and customer communication.
