Job summary

You will work with the NOC and engineering teams to ensure reliable operations, proper cabling, and orderly data center environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, diagnostic skills, and readiness to travel to remote sites as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data center operations or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience leading a project team.
• Experience in data center environments (MMR, Cages, Shared Areas).
• Knowledge of server hardware components and fault diagnosis.
• Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and execute IT device installations with guidance from NOC/engineering.
• Maintain and support data center infrastructure and operations.
• Ensure data center cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in configuring and commissioning servers, storage, and network equipment.
