Circle is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our New York City office, working full-time onsite. You will maintain and improve our Mac environment, office network (Cisco Meraki), and audio-visual systems, while delivering white-glove support to executives and employees, and remote support for a remote-first workforce.

You will be part of a fast-paced, global IT team, supporting meetings and onsite events, security integration, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying, configuring, and administering macOS systems, MacBooks, and peripherals, including MDM.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing support role with white-glove service.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Hands-on networking with Cisco Meraki, firewalls, switches, VLANs, and routers.
• Experience with conference room systems and A/V installations (Zoom Rooms or similar).
• Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery, including tests, backups, and restoration.
• Experience collaborating with security teams on access control, monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and debugging.
• Experience administering Linux and Windows Server is a plus.
• Coding in Golang, Python, or shell is a plus.
• Terraform and Ansible experience is a plus.
• Live audio/video for large events is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide white-glove support for software, hardware, and network issues to on-site executives, employees, traveling teams, and visiting customers.
• Provide remote support to employees in a remote-first company.
• Log, assign, track, and verify incidents and service requests through resolution.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain MacBooks and peripherals, and manage them through MDM.
• Maintain the office network, including Cisco Meraki equipment, firewalls, switches, VLANs, and routers.
• Support audio-visual systems across the office and at events.
• Operate and troubleshoot live audio, video, and display equipment during large presentations and events.
• Manage and troubleshoot office security systems (facial recognition, cameras, card readers).
• Support IT business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and restoration.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to enforce policies and respond to incidents.
• Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and routine work.
• Keep runbooks current with escalation paths.
