Circle, a leading internet financial platform, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator for our New York City office. You will maintain the Mac environment, manage the Cisco Meraki network, and provide white-glove on-site support for executives and staff, while delivering remote support for a remote-first workforce.

The role involves 24x7 global IT collaboration, incident tracking in ServiceNow, and deploying MacBooks with MDM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and administering macOS systems and related peripherals.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing support role providing white-glove support for executives.
• Experience with security, incident response, and business continuity planning.

Responsabilités

• Provide white-glove on-site support for executives and staff in NYC office.
• Maintain Mac environment, MDM, and Apple peripherals; manage via Iru.
• Log and resolve incidents in the ticketing system; collaborate with IT teams.
• Support office network with Cisco Meraki, firewalls, switches, VLANs, and routers.
• Assist with conference rooms and A/V systems; support live events.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity to enforce policies and monitor threats.
• Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and resolution.
• Keep runbooks updated and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
