Job summary

Circle Internet Management Services LLC is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator for its New York City office. The role focuses on hands-on macOS management, network upkeep, and executive support for a hybrid workforce.

You’ll work with a 24x7 global IT team, deploying Macs, managing MDM, and ensuring business continuity while leveraging AI tools to streamline troubleshooting and incident response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on macOS deployment, configuration, and administration, including MDM.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing IT support role providing white-glove service.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki, firewalls, switches, VLANs, and routers.
• Experience with conference room systems and A/V installations (Zoom Rooms, etc.).
• Proficient with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove support for software, hardware, and network issues on-site and for remote staff.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain MacBooks and peripherals via MDM (Iru, Workspace ONE).
• Maintain the office network (Cisco Meraki, firewalls, switches, VLANs, routers).
• Support and troubleshoot office A/V systems and live event setups.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to enforce security policies and access controls.
