Circle is a global internet finance platform championing an open digital economy. We seek a Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our New York City office and own the Mac environment, network, and AV systems.

You’ll deliver white‑glove support to executives and staff, while collaborating with cybersecurity and IT teams in a fast‑moving, remote‑first world. The role requires hands‑on Mac management, MDM (Iru), Google Workspace, and ServiceNow ticketing, with after‑hours events occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience deploying, configuring, and administering macOS systems, MacBooks, and related peripherals (MDM).
• 3+ years in a customer‑facing support role, including executive or senior staff support.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove on‑site and remote IT support for executives and staff.
• Maintain and improve Mac environment, office network (Cisco Meraki), and AV systems.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Deploy, configure, and manage MacBooks and peripherals through MDM (Iru).
• Maintain office network infrastructure: Meraki gear, firewalls, switches, VLANs, routers.
• Support live audio‑video for large events and meetings.
