Job summary

Authentic is seeking an in-house IT Support Specialist to maintain and improve technology across the company. You will support all employees, manage hardware and software, and help shape our technology future using Macs, PCs, Office 365, VOIP, Dropbox, and various marketing tools.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, excellent communication with non-technical colleagues, and a willingness to handle after-hours or weekend work as needed. This is a full-time position based in New York.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end user support experience in a mid-large organization.
• Hands-on with macOS and Windows; strong communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tier 1 and 2 IT tickets daily.
• Maintain and update documentation for IT resolutions.
• Provide executive support and manage onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Handle hardware setup, printers, conference room A/V, and on-site office support.
• Coordinate vendor support for hardware failures and routine maintenance.
• Hands-on support for macOS, Windows, and iOS environments.
• Use remote tools to guide users through troubleshooting steps.
