Job summary

• Five+ years of corporate IT support or systems administration.
• Experience administering macOS endpoints with Jamf.
• Experience with Okta or other identity providers.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycles.
• Familiar with IT service-management and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for AMER/EMEA, meeting SLAs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint, identity and app issues.
• Administer apps: Jamf, Okta, VPN, DLP, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Adobe.
• Manage user accounts, access, SSO and MFA workflows.
• Own laptops, mobile devices, procurement, deployment and decommissioning.
• Support Bay Area workplace technology and office setups.
• Coordinate with EMEA MSP on support and asset delivery.
• Lead IT projects from requirements to adoption.
• Identify repeated issues and create self-service resources.
