Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications, to lead Atlassian administration and integration projects across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

You will design, build, and support RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks with a focus on security and reliability, mentor teammates, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior IT Systems Administrator with Atlassian expertise and integrations focus.
• Experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Ability to mentor others and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.) focusing on data mapping, transformation and real-time sync.
• Implement API security best practices including OAuth and API keys, error handling, monitoring.
• Apply monitoring and alerting to ensure performance and reliability of services.
• Support Atlassian stack including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence with complex projects and security schemes.
