Job summary

CNC Technologies is seeking a Level 3 IT Support Technician to back our IT operations, remote infrastructure, and data center environments. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and independent troubleshooting across Windows servers, virtualization, and cloud basics.

The ideal candidate should thrive with practical skills over formal years of experience, and be prepared for on‑call rotations and occasional travel to client sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Level 2/Level 3 IT support or systems administration.
• Knowledge of Kaseya VSA and RMM tools is preferred.
• Experience with Peplink/SpeedFusion or similar VPN technologies.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, VM backups, Proxmox and Hyper-V.
• Basic AWS administration experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Willingness to travel and participate in frequent on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot endpoints using modern remote tools.
• Support VPNs (Peplink/SpeedFusion), cellular connectivity, and remote systems.
• Maintain Windows servers and VM backups.
• Support Proxmox and Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Provide Level 1 AWS administration and troubleshooting.
• Resolve escalated user and technical infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and VLANs.
• Maintain servers, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure.
• Participate in a frequent formal on‑call rotation, with escalation to the IT Manager when needed.
• Travel for on‑site infrastructure support, installations, and troubleshooting.
