Skills

Advanced understanding of operating system fundamentals

Strong ability to research and resolve complex issues

Knowledge of Active Directory and authentication systems

Understanding of TCP/IP and network security concepts

Basic experience with firewall management

Strong commitment to excellent customer service

Education

24 hours in computer science coursework or certification

Minimum of four years in software/database and hardware management
