Addison Group in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Sr Site Support Specialist to deliver hands-on Tier 2/3 IT assistance for Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user devices. You will image, deploy, and troubleshoot endpoints, manage AD accounts, and coordinate with IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support, including Tier 2/3 issues.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, wireless networking, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Proficient in PC hardware, imaging, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, and apps.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, connectivity, VPN, hardware, software, and access issues.
• Administer Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions, and password issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 user administration, licensing, email, and app troubleshooting.
• Image, configure, deploy, and replace Windows endpoints.
• Install and troubleshoot software, updates, and endpoint configurations.
• Diagnose LAN, wireless, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain asset, inventory, and ticket documentation.
• Escalate complex infra issues and partner with IT teams/third-party support.
• Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and end-user initiatives.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when required.
