Job summary

Kratos Defense is seeking an IT Support Specialist III to provide advanced technical support for complex end-user issues and to lead small IT initiatives. The role requires configuring Windows 11 desktops, handling escalations, and delivering high-level service across a corporate environment.

You will work with minimal supervision, support senior leadership, and participate in IT projects and documentation to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 desktops and laptops in an enterprise environment.
• Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve incoming tickets, phone calls and walk-up requests.
• Act as an escalation point for Tier I and Tier II support teams; resolve complex or high-impact incidents.
• Ensure priority support to senior leadership, including after-hours support as needed.
