Job summary

Consolidated Turbine Specialists, LLC (CTS), a Kratos' company, is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to work onsite at their Bristow, OK facility. The IT team provides frontline support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network services.

You will configure Windows 11, manage tickets, and assist senior leadership with timely, secure IT solutions. Candidates should have 2+ years of IT support experience and relevant certifications; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years related experience.
• Proven hardware and software experience including Windows 11, Office 365, VPN, printers.
• CompTIA A+ or Security+ or ITLv4 certification preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at Bristow, OK.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line onsite and remote IT support.
• Configure and maintain Windows 11 desktops in an enterprise environment.
• Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve incoming tickets and requests.
• Ensure priority support for senior leadership, including after-hours as needed.
• Utilize the ticketing system to track and close requests.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Escalate issues to IT staff or vendors when needed.
