Job summary

Ledgent Technology in Danbury, CT seeks an on-site Desktop Support / M365 Specialist for a 2-3 week contract. You will provide L1-L2 support for Windows and macOS desktops/laptops, and help administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and Active Directory.

Responsibilities include imaging, deployments and hardware swaps, plus troubleshooting printers, VPN, email and connectivity issues, and assisting with office moves and equipment setup.

Qualifications

• L1-L2 desktop support experience on Windows and macOS.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange/OneDrive/Teams/SharePoint).
• Ability to image, deploy hardware, and swap devices.
• Strong troubleshooting for printers, VPN, email and connectivity.
