Job summary

National Seating and Mobility is seeking an Advanced Systems Support professional in Franklin, TN to troubleshoot incidents, manage endpoints, and support Microsoft-based environments. The role focuses on Active Directory, Entra ID, and collaboration tools, with a strong emphasis on security and proactive problem resolution.

You will work with IT teams to ensure smooth operations, provide on-site support for corporate users, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive IT support experience.
• Microsoft and endpoint management certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents escalated by Tier 1 support.
• Support endpoint, identity, access, collaboration, network, and business apps across Microsoft and security tools.
• Provide professional support for corporate users and executive leadership.
• Assess business impact and prioritize needs accordingly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to minimize business disruption.
• Provision accounts, access, and endpoints for new hires and role changes.
• Validate provisioning完成 and troubleshoot issues.
