Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Support Analyst to maintain our enterprise IT environment, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, Google Workspace, and endpoint management in a hybrid setting.

The role offers remote work with occasional onsite support in Dayton, Ohio; travel between locations and equipment transport may be required, and a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems administration or Technical Support role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity and access management.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.
• Experience with mobile device management, application deployment, and device compliance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure administration.
• Certification preferred: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), AZ-104, SC-300.
• Google Workspace Administrator certification or equivalent training.
• Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft and Google environments.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and permissions.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage user identities and access across a hybrid IT environment.
• Deploy and maintain applications; administer endpoint devices.
• Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure; troubleshoot complex issues.
