WME in Nashville is seeking an experienced on-site Senior IT Support Engineer to deliver high-touch Tier 1 and 2 support for end-users and executives. You will partner with regional and global IT teams to ensure a reliable end-user experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The role balances hands-on operational support (about 65%) with process improvement and technology enablement (about 35%), focusing on Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, device management, and office collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site IT support in a professional enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices.
• Experience supporting executives with professionalism, discretion, urgency, and strong customer-service instincts.
• Experience with endpoint deployment, imaging, provisioning, and refresh activities for Windows and Mac environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-first endpoint management and modern workplace tools.
• Ability to create clear documentation and SOPs.
• Strong organizational and multi-issue prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-touch Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support in the Nashville office and region as needed.
• Provide white-glove and executive support in high-visibility situations.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform with updates and escalations.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, mobile devices and AV systems.
• Assist with endpoint deployment, imaging, provisioning and recovery for Windows and Mac.
• Maintain asset inventory, staging records, and operational data.
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge content, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with offshore, security, app, and engineering teams to coordinate resolutions.
• Support conference rooms, meeting tech, and office AV for reliable meetings.
• Help onboarding/offboarding workflows and day-one tech setup.
• Adhere to security, governance, and support standards at the Nashville office.
