Job summary

American Structurepoint is seeking an IT Support Technician in Indianapolis to independently resolve complex endpoint, application, Microsoft 365, and VDI issues. You will support escalated tickets, assist other IT staff, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Windows environments, MS 365, networking, and engineering applications. Occasional travel and on-call rotation may be involved.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex, multi-system issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows workstation environments and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to support engineering applications and determine root causes across endpoints and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, endpoint, peripherals, printing, workstation configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and VDI.
• Independently troubleshoot engineering application issues (Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam) including licensing and configuration.
• Own escalated tickets through resolution and document solutions for knowledge base.
