• Patch Linux via Webmin and apt.
• Patch systems with IBM BigFix and PDQ Deploy/Inventory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve A/V and hardware issues.
• Prepare monthly audit and progress reports.
• Maintain government property listing and travel logs.
