Job summary
Concept Plus is seeking a Senior System Administrator to act as on-site support for a client system. You will manage network troubleshooting, Active Directory identity management, Google Workspace administration, and Windows workstation support to keep the environment secure and available.
The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, configuring accounts, mapping drives, supporting Meet hardware, VPNs, and collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Experience managing Active Directory identities for onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and SSO/SAML where applicable.
- Proficiency with Windows workstation troubleshooting and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with network basics (Layer 1–3) and wired/wireless diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, authentication, and device issues on-site.
- Create/modify/delete user accounts; manage OU placement and access permissions.
- Support Google Workspace and Meet hardware; assist with 2FA and SSO issues.
- Assist with hardware setup, imaging, backups, and ticketing documentation.
