Job summary

You will be the frontline point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues, delivering prompt, reliable support to staff across the organization. The role emphasizes improving support systems, coordinating with vendors, managing device life cycles, onboarding new hires, and maintaining secure, efficient office infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree required.
• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Ability to work independently and with other department supervisors.
• Experience with accounting software – Sage 100 a plus.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience with industry-specific software.
• Proficient with Microsoft products (Windows desktop/server, Office 365).
• iOS & MDM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Improve support systems and processes with cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendors and equipment; procure, repair, and maintain inventories.
• IT onboarding for new hires—from device setup to orientation.
• Handle device lifecycle: procure, configure, upgrade, refresh, and security enrollment.
• Maintain office infrastructure: WiFi, conferencing gear, printers, dashboards.
• Automate and document processes; create clear technical guides.
• Support events with AV, video conferencing, and live technical support.
