Job summary

SMB Team is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle internal technology support, device lifecycle management, and provisioning in-house, with light project work and cost optimization. Qualifications

• Technical degree or certifications required.
• 0-2 years job experience in a technical role.
• Ability to quickly learn technical platforms and how end users interact with them.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal technical support for employees and devices.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed while maintaining knowledge base.
• Coordinate device lifecycle and onboarding for new hires.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts, licenses, and devices.
• Monitor and optimize software licenses and costs.
• Support technology projects and maintain documentation.
