Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a Senior Information Support Specialist to lead frontline IT support, optimize systems, and partner across departments.

You will manage vendors, oversee device lifecycles, onboarding, and security tooling, while delivering reliable, empathetic support to a busy nonprofit environment. This role requires a 2-year degree and 10+ years of hands-on IT experience, with strong communication and problem-solving in a dynamic nonprofit

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree
• 10+ years' IT experience
• Experience with Sage 100
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Experience with industry-specific software
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows, Office 365, AD, and GPO
• iOS & MDM software experience
• Ability to negotiate contracts
• Knowledge of Windows and Office suite
• Imaging Windows 11 OS
• Familiar with basic network concepts (TCP/IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet)
• On call – ability to work extended hours
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated with bias toward action
• Experience in Desk Side Support
• Local travel and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Frontline IT Support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Improve support systems and processes
• Vendor and equipment management
• IT onboarding for new hires
• Device lifecycle management and security tooling
• Maintain office infrastructure (WiFi, printers, dashboards)
• Automate tasks and document technical guides
• Support events with AV and conferencing equipment
• Other duties as assigned
