Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasingly responsible Help Desk experience in a large network environment.
• Experience with networked PCs and printers and troubleshooting; in‑depth Office Suite support.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead position is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists users in troubleshooting by identifying the nature and severity of their problem and resolves issues over the phone.
• Conducts follow‑up sessions with users to ensure timely resolution of problems reported to the Help Desk.
• Acts as intermediary between the user and IS staff to close open items and ensure user satisfaction.
• Provides recommendations for process and procedure development and continuous improvements.
• Provides trend analysis and root‑cause analysis to improve Help Desk performance.
