The role focuses on on-site support with primary responsibility for Chicago-area office operations, spanning Windows servers, Mac OS, AD, security tools, and cloud apps like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT support, strong cross-platform skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in IT Support.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Windows Desktop OS, and Mac OS.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects.
• Experience in administration of MDM and endpoint management systems.
• Strong helpdesk system administration skills; Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for technical issues in the Chicago office and first-line tech support for the company.
• Maintain IT operations including AD, security tools, on-site hardware, and cloud services.
• Support Windows servers, Macs, and cross-platform applications (O365, Google Workspace).
• Assist with IT-focused projects and system upgrades; drive automation where possible.
• Work cross-functionally to support growth and knowledge sharing.
