Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to lead day-to-day IT support operations across multiple locations, ensuring reliable and secure systems. You will act as escalation point, guide the team, and drive improvements in service management and systems administration.

You will troubleshoot across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, POS, and business applications, while coordinating with vendors and internal partners to deliver scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of progressive experience in IT support and related tech roles.
• Experience leading an IT support team with prioritization and escalation.
• Advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and business systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the IT support team, manage the incident lifecycle, and uphold service targets.
• Provide advanced remote and onsite support for multiple golf course locations.
• Administer and optimize business systems, POS configurations, and enterprise data settings.
• Plan system implementations, upgrades, and vendor engagements with minimal operational disruption.
