Job summary

ONE2ONE Inc, a leading MSP in Lancaster County, seeks a hands-on IT professional to support end-user issues, monitor networks, servers, and cloud environments, and act as escalation point for complex challenges.

You will collaborate with the Service Team to diagnose problems, stabilize environments, and deliver reliable, secure IT services for clients and internal staff.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in IT support or systems administration (MSP experience preferred).
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP/VLANs, and server infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues and support others.
• Ability to collaborate with the Service Team and step in as needed.
• Certifications such as Network+ or Security+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and stabilize client environments: monitor, maintain, and optimize networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Serve as technical escalation point for the Service Team on complex issues.
• Troubleshoot effectively across systems, networking, and infrastructure.
• Strengthen security posture: assist with firewalls, VPNs, backups, and related measures.
• Deliver a high-quality, 5-star support experience to clients and internal staff.
• Day-to-day: assist with EU issues alongside the Service Team.
• Next level: handle escalations and more complex technical challenges.
