Bit One IT Solutions, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our on-site MSP team in Lake Forest, CA. You will support end-users with day-to-day IT issues, including software, hardware, and networking, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on IT helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on IT helpdesk experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot PC/Mac, mobile devices, software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Support Windows, macOS, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
• Maintain client documentation and ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Administer Office 365/Google Workspace and manage endpoints via RMM.
• Travel to client sites as needed for hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
