Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in IT support or related roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for organization’s computer assets and staff.
- Assist with hardware and software installations and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via in-person, call-in, or live chat.
- Review diagnostics and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain system documentation and update tickets accordingly.
- Travel to remote locations as needed.
- Maintain security and safety compliance in a shop environment.
