Arrowhead Winch is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the on-site team in Broken Arrow, OK. You will support hardware/software, plan and test systems, and assist with infrastructure changes. The role requires 7+ years of IT experience and a degree or equivalent work history.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, AD and O365 management, and timely communication with staff. Travel to remote sites may be required; a background check and physical are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of IT support experience.
• Ability to provide on-site IT support at Broken Arrow, OK location.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for hardware and software issues for staff and customers.
• Assist with planning, design, testing, and integration of systems infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT service requests and document progress.
• Manage O365 administration tasks and AD accounts.
• Coordinate with remote locations and travel as needed.
• Update tickets and communicate status to users.
