Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Break/Fix Technician in Oklahoma City, onsite only. The role focuses on IT hardware support, service delivery, and customer interaction in a corporate setting. Expect physical tasks, lifting up to 35 pounds, and standing for long periods.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of corporate hardware experience, strong Windows OS skills, and a CompTIA A+ certification. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with stable long‑term work.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing and deploying computer equipment in a corporate environment.
• Proven customer service background including conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT service delivery including IMAC, Break Fix, and desk-side support.
• Coordinate with end-users to manage expectations and schedule service delivery.
• Troubleshoot, perform parts replacement, system upgrades and basic deployments on client assets.
• Escalate significant issues to the Desktop Support Site Lead.
