Job summary

Reddit Corporate Technology is seeking a Senior Support Engineer for Snoo Operations & Support (SSO) to lead end-user support across the Central and East US regions from the New York office. You will mentor staff, manage escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams including CorpEng Security and Biz Apps.

You will own hands-on support for Mac environments, documentation, queues, and toolchain improvements, while ensuring top-tier customer service and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT Operations or IT Support in a professional environment.
• Mentor junior staff and lead escalation management.
• Expert Mac troubleshooting and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and applications and provide technical support.
• Provide timely resolution of problems and act as senior escalation point.
• Work cross-functionally and advocate for team across all levels.
• Support security standards and manage user accounts.
• Independently drive Snoo operations projects and deliverables.
• Participate in evaluating, recruiting, mentoring team members.
• Set team goals and lead staff to achieve results.
