Job summary

Addepar seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT Team in a primarily Apple-based corporate environment. You will provide on-site, hands-on support for employees, resolve complex Mac and Windows issues, and optimize SaaS platforms to support enterprise operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Proficient with SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack and Zoom.
• Experience with Jira administration is a plus.
• Familiar with MDM solutions (Jamf preferred) and endpoint security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, hands-on support for employees while maintaining core IT infrastructure reliability.
• Escalate advanced technical issues and resolve complex problems across Mac and Windows environments.
• Configure, manage, and optimize SaaS and cloud-based platforms to support enterprise operations.
• Develop and evolve internal IT documentation, runbooks, and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and transfer knowledge on system administration and support workflows.
