Job summary

Church's Texas Chicken is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver advanced technical support across endpoint, identity, application, and network environments in a global enterprise setting. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with root-cause analysis, security enforcement, and automation initiatives.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and ITSM tools, supporting hybrid cloud environments and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years IT support experience with progression into L2-L3 responsibilities.
• 3-5 years within a formal enterprise help desk/service desk environment.
• Experience working with vendors and SLA-based support models.
• 2-3 years supporting hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience supporting application integrations and technology rollouts.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management and endpoint deployment.
• Experience using AI tools to support troubleshooting and IT operations.
• ITIL certification or hands-on experience applying ITIL frameworks in a structured IT service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across endpoint, identity, application, and network environments.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and deployment across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android.
• Manage IT assets lifecycle and inventory across devices and equipment.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud services; enforce security and compliance controls.
• Configure and support conference room technology and AV systems.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools with SLA-driven resolution.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams; maintain meticulous documentation.
• Support security initiatives, patching, vulnerability remediation, and MFA adoption.
• Train and mentor junior staff; lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
