Blend Labs Inc. is hiring a Senior Helpdesk Engineer to bridge Tier 1 tickets and project work, driving AI- and automation-first initiatives from kickoff to finish.

You will own complex escalations and deliver durable, documented solutions while freeing leadership to advance strategic goals. The role demands 5+ years in IT support, a self-learning mindset, and comfort with macOS/Windows, networking, and modern ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience beyond Tier 1.
• Self-learning mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Interest in AI and automation tooling.
• Experience owning a project from kickoff to completion.
• Strong troubleshooting for macOS/Windows and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own Helpdesk-driven projects end-to-end from scope to close.
• Identify recurring issues and automate or semi-automate resolutions.
• Escalate and triage complex tickets beyond Tier 1.
• Define and implement durable fixes with proper documentation.
• Balance queue support with project work to meet capacity.
• Collaborate with distributed teammates across the US and beyond.
